The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The wife of Suresh Singh is of bad character and daughter of the informant was objecting for which her husband and other in-laws killed her and cremated her dead body. It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in S. Tr. No. 841/2014/ 101/2015 arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case No. 198 of 1994.
