I have perused the writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

The petitioner has prayed for directing the respondents to register first information report on the basis of allegations made in the application dated 04.03.2017 sent to respondent no. 4, the Senior Superintendent of Police. 4.

A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. On perusal of the same, I find that with regard to grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant application, the Station House Officer, Rupaspur has already instituted Rupaspur P. S. Case No. 76 of 2017 dated 29.03.2017 under Sections 304B and 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
