2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(c), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge 1st Nawada.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
