2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to command the respondents to pay the amount of compensation against acquisition of commercial land for construction of National Highway 139W, under Bharat Mala Project at Adalwari-Manikpur Section of Mauja Belka, Circle- Vaishali, Revenue P.S.

No. 97, District- Vaishali constructed by the petitioners.

3. The claim of the petitioners is that a house was there on the land which has not been valued and as such the authority has to take take steps in the matter.

4. Both the State as also NHAI jointly submits that the petitioners ought to have move before an appropriate authority as mandated under the law.

5. Learned Senior Counsel submits a proper petition alongwith all the supporting documents shall be filed before the appropriate authority in next four weeks.

6. In case, such petition is preferred, the same be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
