JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was selected on the post of constable but when he went for joining and his document was verified, it was detected that his photograph was not tallied with the original document and accordingly, the present case has been lodged. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that one co-accused namely, Nand Kishore Kumar, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45915 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S.Case No. 347 of 2015.
