2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur at Patna/ concerned Court below in connection with Paliganj P.S.
