Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 19.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 13432/2016 this Court has directed the petitioner to approach the appellate forum. The counsel further submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal after depositing 40% of the outstanding amount and the same is pending consideration before the appellate authority. In the meantime the petitioner has been taken in civil prison and he

Patna High Court CWJC No.6151 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 has remained in jail for two months.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appeal after depositing 40% of the outstanding dues, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District Collector, Muzaffarpur in connection with Certificate Case No. 560/2014-15 pending in the court of Certificate Officer-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Muzaffarpur.
