2. This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the office.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.04.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30104 of 2024 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55206 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 560 of 2023, and further submitted that the petitioner was suffering from join dice/yellow discol of Navy and under treatment of Dr. Manoj Kumar and doctor advice to bed rest for 2 months from 20.04.2024 to 20.06.2024 due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and execute the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 23.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30104 of 2024 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 23.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30104 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
