Petitioner is an accused in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion as he is brother-in-law of the co-accused, namely, Manoj Thakur. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.
