The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 166 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the open courtyard of the old house of the petitioner which is now in an abandoned condition, as is evident from seizure list. Petitioner does not reside in the said house. He is a man of clean antecedent.

P.C.
