2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2023 in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of prescriptions, injections, cough syrups etc. from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52232 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions cum Special Judge NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Bhagwanpur Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
