JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is alleged that petitioner and one Binod Yadav were caught by the villagers when they were involved in a case of loot and after that both the aforesaid persons were handed over to the police and on search, only one cartridge is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 23.07.2015. Moreover, for the offence of loot, a separate case has been registered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43981 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015.
