2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 instituted under Sections 272 and 273/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. One Vikash Kumar was caught with foreign liquor. He has made a self inculpatory statement that if the liquor was made to be supplied to the petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
