This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 for offences under Sections 504, 506, 149 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation, in brief, is that all the accused persons came to the house of the informant opened firing and threatened him of dire consequences.

Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated for the reason that he may protest when the informant did not treat his sister properly because the informant is a quack and no fire arm has been recovered rather only two empty cartridges are said to have been recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18868 of 2018(2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 possession of the petitioner. Besides this there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Madhepura.
