JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Heard Mr. Waliur Rahman, learned counsel assisted by Mr. Ranjeet Choubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1044 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the report contained in Letter No. 7355/2022 dated 02.12.2022 submitted by learned Sessions Judge, Araria, it appears that only two official witnesses are to be examined.

Court below is directed to conclude the trial within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49827 of 2022(3) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 four months from the date of receipt of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
