Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that four persons hired the vehicle of the informant but the vehicle was stolen away by the unknown persons when driver of the vehicle came down from the vehicle for urinating.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner was arrested in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 and from that case petitioner has been remanded in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45091 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 accused Abhay Kumar Sharma, Chandan Kumar @ Ranjeet Kumar and Md. Habib @ Baitha have already been enlarged on bail. Case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014.
