Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Though the F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown, however the petitioner is accused in several cases of serious nature. The court below has refused prayer for bail considering criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that investigation was pending.

Since interrogation of the petitioner during investigation would be needed. Hence I am not inclined to
