The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 556 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Act pending in the Court of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3167 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which illegal wine has been recovered. Hence, this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U
