Petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) (g) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case 2 liters of Mahua wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 2.6.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47880 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019.
