2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 (G.R. No. 508/23) registered under section 457, 380, 411 of Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have committed theft and the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2023 .

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52444 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I Jhanjharpur, Madhubai in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 (G.R. No. 508/23).

8. The petitioner will visit Lakhnaur police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
