JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 8090 of 2017 arising out of Chowk P.S.Case No. 366 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 274, 275, 284 and 290/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)(c)(d), 33 and 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that merely on suspicion petitioner was apprehended and it is suspected that hut is of the petitioner wherefrom 45 litres of toddy was recovered and he is in custody since 15.11.2017, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sonu Choudhary is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
