1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for sometimes realizing his difficulties, seeks permission to withdraw the present regular bail application with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge as it has been submitted that on account of dispute in the family, the instant FIR came to be instituted.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
