The petitioner has been in custody since 29.09.2017 in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 393, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner came into this case only on account of the confessional statement made by co-accused Raushan Kumar and on the basis of such confessional statement, the petitioner has been taken into custody. Till date, no T.I Parade has been made. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
