The petitioner seeks bail in Risiup P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 304 B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant is said to have been eliminated and the dead body has been disposed of on dowry demand by the petitioner and the other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is an old lady and had never made any demand of dowry. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to ailment and the informant was also in the funeral of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3390 of 2018 (02) dt.17-01-2018 2/ 2 is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 14.10.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the I/C Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Aurangabad in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No.71 of 2017.
