Petitioner is an accused in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections .30(a), 30(d), 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
