ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 20.3.2014.

The joint submission of the Parties is that now the dispute has been resolved and the Informant has received the entire payments as agreed between them.

In view of such, in their interest, further Proceedings of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City (Patna), is hereby dropped.

In view of the understanding between the spouses,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3585 of 2014 (5) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 they are directed to file a joint application for divorce under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order upon which an appropriate order shall be passed expeditiously by the Court below.
