This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Atri P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of allegation against the petitioner that he has killed the deceased for his property, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
