2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 261 of 2013.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, being the mother-in-law of the deceased lady that she has been falsely implicated along with her other family members. A supplementary affidavit has been filed today enclosing a copy of the judgment in Sessions Trial Nos. 2274 of 2014 and 2404 of 2014 wherein the father-in-law and the husband of the deceased have been acquitted on the basis of averment of the informant and his wife, being the parents of the deceased, that their daughter had not been treated with cruelty by her in-laws rather she used to keep ill, and as a result of which she had died.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.11.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.
