The petitioner seeks bail in Akbarpur P.S. Case no. 286/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Chintu Kumar. The petitioner is remanded in the present case from Hisua P.S. Case No. 233/2014. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet. Chintu Kumar has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44094 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S.
