====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Abhimanu Sharma, for the petitioner.

Perused the impugned order dated 06.01.2016 passed by Sub Judge VI, Saran at Chapra in Title Suit No.282 of 2011 whereby the learned Court below rejected the application filed by the petitioner for sending the agreement for comparison of verification part.

The Court below found that the case was fixed for judgment after completion of the evidence and the application has been filed by the defendant petitioner with a view to linger the matter. I, therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in view of the reason assigned by the Court below. Thus this Civil Misc. application is dismissed.
