The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 62/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also for the reasons mentioned in Annexure-2 to this bail application, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
