The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with the Patepur (Harlochanpur) Police Station Case No. 32 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have given a knife blow upon the victim and taken away the gold chain and Rs. 10,000/-. The injury reports supports the prosecution case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicate in the present case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been implicated in this case due to enmity. The petitioner has no

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the petitioner has given a knife blow upon the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed.
