This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Akilpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to this Court's order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49645 of 2014 in order to contend that similarly circumstanced co-accused Dharmendra Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court. He has further submitted that petitioner also has been implicated, merely on the basis of suspicion and last seen with the deceased. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46050 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 Considering these submissions, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
