The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34, and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82444 of 2019. Although charge has been framed in this case on 01.04.2021 but there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future which is evident from the report received form the A.D.J.-XIV,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6768 of 2021(7) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 Aurangabad and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.10.2019.

Learned A.P.P. for the state has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected on merits and now no fresh ground is there for reconsideration of the prayer made by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it preferably within six months from the date of order.
