2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 103(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the brother of the informant with farsa who died during treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50349 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. Let trial be expedited and preferably be disposed of within a year.
