JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 02-03-2016 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No. 659 of 2013 arising out of Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2013.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. The prayer has been renewed in view of the liberty given earlier vide order dated 11.02.2015 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45405 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Misc. No. 20315 of 2014 to the extent that the petitioner was liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial will not be concluded by 30th May, 2015.

It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence has been closed and the matter has been fixed for argument.

It is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months. Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
