ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.515 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 30/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but near the transformer area which is admittedly not from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail
