Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2017. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7630 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 with Beur Police Station Case No.303 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
