It is directed accordingly.

The petitioners may file their objections within a period of four weeks from today which shall be considered by the Khas Mahal Officer, Munger in accordance with law and

It is needless to state that in the meantime, status quo shall be maintained, however if no objection is filed by the petitioner within four weeks, the Khas Mahal Officer, Munger shall be free to pass ex-parte orders.
