The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she named the petitioner and three others including co-accused, Babar in respect of her kidnapping but she specifically stated that it was co-accused, Babar who took her to Kolkata and several other places. Therefore, taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
