JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Muffasil PS Case No. 220 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that due to keeping sand on the rod the accused persons assaulted the informant side. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between both sides, the case lodged by the petitioners' side is earlier in time and the allegation against petitioner no. 1 is of giving sole blow over head of the informant and against petitioner no.
2 of giving sole blow to the informant's son but the injury on the informant's husband except one injury are simple in nature and the injury to son of the informant is also simple in nature and the petitioners are in custody since 25.9.2017 and 20.9.2017 respectively.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Agnu Singh @ Aghnu Singh @ Raghu Nandan Singh and Lakhan Bind are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by each one of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Munger in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 220 of 2017.
