The First Information Report is lodged against 21 named accused including the petitioner and 15-20 unknown persons but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and it is alleged that co-accused Md. Alam and others assaulted the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Supaul P.S.
