2. The petitioner is custody in a case registered for the offense punishable under Sections 386, 387, 448, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was at his house, the petitioner and other co-accused persons came on a motorcycle and pointing pistol at his temporal region demanded extortion of Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lacs) and ornaments of his wife. On denial, petitioner fired from his pistol which did not hit the informant.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50577 of 2025(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2024 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.5623 of 2024 with an observation that 'however, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.'

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of bail of this petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application of this petitioner is again rejected.
