This is a case registered under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the allegation is against unknown person indulging in loot at the railway station. Petitioners' name has come in this case merely on the basis of suspicion on the statement of other co-accused and there is no recovery from the petitioners so as to implicate him in the instant case. There is one more case pending against the petitioner no. 1 prior to the instant in which he is on bail. The petitioner no. 2 has no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.12.2017 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13290 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with Jamalpur/G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioners.

(ii) That the Petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
