The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353, 427, 332, 333 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioners along with FIR named accused persons and several crowd of two groups committed chaos in Chausa Bazar in which some persons of both the parties had sustained injuries. The police had also sustained injuries in course of pacifying between the two

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. From bare perusal of the FIR, it shows that they were the members of mob, which created chaos. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Udakishunganj in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
