It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.9.2016 that the petitioner, to show her bona fides, will deposit Rs. 2.50 lacs by 26th September, 2016. Today, it is informed by learned counsels for the parties that only Rs. 90,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner. An upto date statement has been produced by the counsel for the Bank which shows that the total amount due against the petitioner is to the extent of Rs. 8,17,021/-. In the above circumstances, this Court does not see any reason to interfere with the SARFAESI action taken by the respondent-Bank.
