Case No.15 of 2009 registered under Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, by which he has rejected the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all
