JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 22.12.2017, seeks bail in Darbhanga Town PS Case No. 201 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant had gone to withdraw money from the bank and after withdrawing the money he was leaving the bank then one person took him in the side and robbed fifteen thousand rupees from him.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, the petitioner was made accused and no TIP was held rather on the basis of identification in the police station the petitioner has been made accused in the case which is against rules of TIP.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar Singh @ Tinku is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town PS Case No. 201 of 2017.
