JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because his office had missed the mobile number of the petitioner, the order dated 22.04.2019 could not be communicated to him well in time. As a result thereof, the revision application could not be preferred within a period of 30 days from the date of the order dated 22.04.2019. Prayer has been made to extend the period fixed in the order dated 22.04.2019 granting liberty to the petitioner to file the revision application.

Learned counsel for the State is present and does not oppose this application.
