2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted brother of the informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Similarly situated other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure 4 series. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
